A huge concert celebrating all the work NCS do needed a huge photo capture!

the brief

The National Citizen Service do a fantastic job in helping young people to engage in their community and give a sense of identity and pride by supporting social projects. NCS wanted to throw a huge celebration concert, #NCSYES celebrating all that work and encourage more to take part…

The concert was set to take place in Brixton at the 02 Academy, and with over 4000 young people set to attend, the concert was sure to be a massive hit. Headlining the show were huge names like Nina Nesbitt and Neon Jungle. Noonah was asked to provide event tech that was on trend, and that would make this amazing experience event more exciting for all the guests.

the solution

The noonah Hashtag Wall and Print Station were the perfect choices.

Delegates loved their time at the concert and were taking hundreds of selfies and pics at the event. noonah encouraged them to upload these to Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #NCSYES and #NCSYESlive by promoting the hashtag on billboards and screens around the venue.

When fans tweeted and posted on insta their images appeared on the screens and auto printed from our #tag printers. How? Our system searches insta and twitter constantly for those posts and displays them and prints them within seconds.

Results

At first only a few fans realised. Then it went crazy!

As people started seeing themselves on the big screens around the venue the news spread like wildfire and suddenly hundreds of images started to appear.

We displayed and printed over 1000 images! That’s right 1000!

The system automatically added #NCSYES branding to the images so the memento on the fridge at home continues the brand association post event. Happy memories with client branding live and in continuation.
