Townhouse wanted a unique photo capture in their concept salon

the brief

Townhouse are opening a new premium nail salon which will be located in the centre of London. Everything about the salon is designed to create the ultimate in the beauty market from cleanliness to architecture, Townhouse are ‘Redefining clean and everyday luxury’.

As part of this premium design, Townhouse contacted noonah and asked them to create a bespoke photo capture install which would show off their consumers’ manicured nails.

the solution

As a new salon, the brief we were given asked us to develop something that would not only capture consumers’ nails in a fun way, but that would also increase brand awareness and traffic into the store.

We created a new photo capture station developed the ‘nailfie booth’. Consumers pop their hands in the small booth, and a camera captures their newly manicured nails in all their glory.

The digital user experience has been completely customised to fit in with the premium store with a high-end design to guide consumers through their ‘nailfie’ photo capture.

the result

Once the ‘nailfie’ has snapped their nails, consumers then share the image using our social software built into the system. The system adds Townhouse branding and social to the photo so the salon increases their brand reach and gets their name out there!

This salon is the concept store for Townhouse and noonah has been exclusively retained to deliver the ‘nailfie’ install into further stores!

Juanita Huber-Millet, Founder adds… “Matt and his team were fantastic in making our vision come to life. Our customers can now share their bespoke manicure with the world and customers love it!”
